Please note: +3000 per month if the room is shared by 2 people.

The apartment is currently shared by girls from Belgium and Taiwan. This place is not female exclusively only, but females will have priority when booking.
This room has an additional small room attached - can be used as a function room, big enough to set up a desk (home office) or yoga mat, or just a small chill out space.
In the room: window (with clear see-through glass), closet, double bed, desk + chair, bookshelf, A/C.
Shared western-style bathroom/toilet (with one more housemate), kitchen (kettle, induction cooker + cooker hood, sink, microwave, fridge, washer, warm air dish dryer), 2 balconies (for drying your clothes or having a morning coffee).
Place on the balcony/outside the window to hang your clothes - you don't need to keep your washing in the room.
Please note: this is not a party house 😞 The surroundings and other housemates require regular sleep time in order to get to their work/class.

This apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood of Taipei: Wenshan (文山): there is a small park just downstairs, and a Wellcome supermarket less than 2 minutes walk. Just like everywhere else in Taipei: 7-11, restaurants, coffee shops are within a few minutes walk from the house.
The house is located only one MRT stop (5-10 minutes) / a few bus stops (10-15 minutes) from Gongguan/Shida (University district) or Jingmei (Shi Hsin Uni, 5-10 minutes). Cycling/Bus distance to the China University of Technology: 10 minutes.
