A success fee applies only when a visitor contacts you through the Taiwan Housing qualified contact form (not directly via phone, Line, WhatsApp or email), and that contact results in a signed contract or completed transaction.

No. Individual owners with fewer than 3 active listings are fully exempt from success fees. Every feature on the platform is free for you.

Any enquiry made through the phone, Line, WhatsApp or email buttons on your listing is a direct contact. Taiwan Housing never sees it and charges nothing for it.

Yes. You can update description, price, photos and other information at any time. Only the property address and property type are locked after publication for security reasons.

Your listing expires automatically. You can renew it by paying a NT$ 200 fee with a single click.

Taiwan Housing is built specifically for the international audience, expats, overseas Taiwanese, and foreign investors. Every listing is bilingual by default. Publishing is free. And we never take a commission on direct contacts.
