In the 4th room, the master bedroom is Max, the manager of the apt. He pays the bills and collects bill Money from the tenants, you will see the actual bills divided by the number of tenants. He is from France, he speaks French, English and Chinese fluently. He joins almost all the events and parties and would be happy to help with any enquiry. ( he has his own private bathroom )
Nearby : 7/11, Family Mart, restaurants, Carrefour (small and big), B+Q, COSTCO, dry cleaner, running track and sports centre, swimming pool, a few different gyms, hiking trails 10min away on foot.
If you want to reserve the room, it's possible to send the deposit in advance. I have references from previous and current tenants in almost every language.
This apt is not first come first served. If interested, you would need to have a meeting with me and the tenants before being accepted. ( or video chat ) We want everyone to be living happily together.

Social Bonus: We often invite tenants to join us at our local foreign pub to join myself and friends for drinks and great food, go on outings like shrimp fishing, ocean fishing, hot springs, to the beach, hiking, paintball and more. Every 3 months we have a big party in a nearby restaurant or bar. Current and previous tenants still living in Taipei always join. The next party will be in May. If you are studying Chinese, it's a great chance to speak with some locals in Chinese. There are usually about 30 people from about a dozen different countries.
The next event will be Ocean Beach cleanup in Fulong on Sunday May 4th. We rented a Private Coach bus from Yung'an Market MRT to Tiki Republic in Fulong, where the beach cleaning base is based out of. This will be our 4th year doing the beach cleaning. Last year we got 300 huge bags of trash off just one beach in 3 hours. The rest of the time is leisure time. Anyone is welcome to join for FREE. The Next Party will be May 24th.
