He is from France, he speaks French, English and Chinese fluently. He joins almost all the events and parties and would be happy to help with any enquiry. ( he has his own private bathroom )
Nearby : 7/11, Family Mart, restaurants, Carrefour (small and big), B+Q, COSTCO, dry cleaner, running track and sports centre, swimming pool, a few different gyms, hiking trails 10min away on foot.

If you are studying Chinese, it's a great chance to speak with some locals in Chinese. There are usually about 30 people from about a dozen different countries.
The next event will be Ocean Beach cleanup in Fulong on Sunday May 4th. We rented a Private Coach bus from Yung'an Market MRT to Tiki Republic in Fulong, where the beach cleaning base is based out of. This will be our 4th year doing the beach cleaning. Last year we got 300 huge bags of trash off just one beach in 3 hours. The rest of the time is leisure time. Anyone is welcome to join for FREE. The Next Party will be May 24th.
