👉 This is a newly furnished shared flat on the 3rd floor with 5 rooms (2 bathrooms), a living room, kitchen, and balcony. Building has garbage management, so you don't have to chase the garbage truck.

👉 Shared kitchen with new fridge, microwave, oven, gas stove, filtered water system, where you can cook and a great living room to chill out, watch TV (can be connected to your laptop).

👉The bedroom has a double bed (sheets/pillows/blanket), desk, chair, wardrobe, modern AC unit, large windows with lots of light, plenty of storage space, a trash bin, laundry hamper, and a nightstand.

The apartment building is right across a Hi-life convenience store, a general store, a Cosmed, a local grocer, and tons of restaurants. A 3 min walk further down is a 7/11, Watsons, boba shops, another grocery store with some imported products. In the morning and afternoons there are a bunch of street stalls as well that sell food, clothes, daily items, etc. There is a sweet lady that sells scallion pancakes (蔥油餅) and donuts around the corner if you need a snack!

There's also a you-bike station just across the street, and a Taiwan Mobile store around the corner for SIM cards if you need. Super convenient location with a gorgeous park/hiking spot just 8 minutes away where you can see Taipei 101 from up top (Fuzhou Shan Park)! The Taipei Da'an Sports Center is also within walking distance, with basketball courts, a gym, swimming pool, tennis courts, pool tables, etc.
