The rental is a private room for one person, with shared living areas, kitchen, and bathrooms. This is a vegetarian-friendly living space, and we welcome guests who appreciate a simple and nature-oriented lifestyle.

We kindly ask residents to turn off the air conditioner and unnecessary electrical appliances when leaving the room or being away for an extended period. If utility usage is significantly beyond normal residential use, we will discuss the situation with you.

Breakfast and regular housekeeping are not provided. Long-term residents are responsible for keeping their own room and personal areas clean and tidy.

The private room is located on the second floor. Parts of the first floor may occasionally host short-term guests.
