I am the owner of the property. The apartment was completely renovated three years ago, including new plumbing, electrical systems, and equipment.

I originally lived in this apartment myself, but I am currently working overseas for the long term, so I am looking for responsible tenants to rent it.

The apartment is suitable for a family of 3–4 people. I need a working visa or job statment letter/ offer as a supporting document to rent this flat.

The apartment can also work very well as a **private studio, creative workspace, or small office for 6–8 people**.

If a group of friends would like to share the space as a studio or office, that is welcome — however, **each person must sign a rental agreement directly with me as the owner**.
