Hi! I have been living in Arizona since 2000. I moved from Taipei to pursue higher education in Arizona. I attended Western International University for my double master’s degrees in management and marketing, and I stayed in Arizona to build my family and future.
Helping others and meeting new friends has always been my passion, especially meeting friends from Taiwan! My husband used to be a real estate investor, and his business inspired my interest. I decided to change my path in 2013 and become a full-time Realtor. Quite frankly, I am really good at what I do, and much of my business comes from referrals.
I have two kids and am very familiar with local cities, areas, and school districts. I am passionate about sharing my personal experience of living in Arizona with every client I meet, especially those who have just moved here. My reputations among my clients are professional, passionate, and great service. As a matter of fact, most of my past clients are my friends now!
In recent years, I have assisted many investors from Taiwan, as well as TSMC employees and vendors, in purchasing real estate in AZ. I love what I do, and make many wonderful friends! I have been remaining the title of top 1% Realtor in the state of Arizona since 2021 with over 30 millions sales volume yearly.
