Bonjour! I’m Jeanne, an independent real estate consultant with megAgence. I work with Chinese-speaking and international clients on property purchases, sales and investment opportunities across France, particularly in Paris, Lyon, Annecy, the French Alps and the South of France, while also assisting with property projects in other regions depending on my clients’ needs.
I have lived in France since 2003 and began working in real estate in Paris in 2019. Living in France for many years has given me a deep understanding of the French way of life, administrative system, business culture and property market. Over the years, my work with Chinese-speaking and international clients has also given me a strong understanding of the challenges they may face when navigating the French property market in a different language and cultural environment.
My approach is based on clear communication, transparency and personalised guidance. From understanding your needs and selecting suitable properties to viewings, negotiations, transaction coordination and the notarial process, I aim to make every step as clear and efficient as possible.
