Originally from Taiwan and a graduate of National Chengchi University, I moved to the Bay Area in the 1990s and built my life here, raising a family and experiencing firsthand the importance of finding the right home and community. My children graduated from UC Berkeley and Duke University, which has given me valuable insight into the Bay Area’s educational resources and school communities.

“As most people would agree, selling a home is very stressful. You have to worry about price, cost, repair/update, setup. Without help, you have to find contractors, compare estimates, negotiate,… That is why you must have the right agent who can help. Fan steps into our house. After 5 minutes of chat, she has laid out a plan clearly. She bring in the contractors to make all the update. Then, decorators, photographer. Our home is on the market in two weeks and on contract two weeks later after Fan negotiated a fair price at this a bit challenging market. Fan knows the local well.
