Yes. We work exclusively with vetted, locally licensed agents experienced in working with foreign tenants.

Ideally before the employee arrives in Taiwan, or as soon as the hiring decision is confirmed.

No. Employees always make the final decision. We facilitate the process without imposing any choice.

Just the basics, monthly rent budget, preferred city or district, move-in date, and a way to reach the employee directly. We'll take it from there and ask anything else we need along the way.

Most placements are completed within 2 to 3 weeks from first contact. That said, timing depends on the rental market in the chosen area and how quickly the employee can view options. We recommend contacting us at least 4 weeks before the arrival date.

We work primarily by message, WhatsApp or LINE, so that every detail is in writing and easy to refer back to. This also works better across time zones.

We go back to our agent network and request a new shortlist. Our job is to find a good match, not to close a deal quickly. If the criteria need adjusting, budget, location, or timing, we will flag that honestly rather than push options that do not fit.

Yes. While our fee is listed in New Taiwan Dollars, we can invoice in USD or EUR. Payment details are confirmed at the start of the engagement.
