The apt is fully furnished - Huge Kitchen and private rooftop balcony garden.
The living room is huge. There's high speed wireless internet on both floors -a huge couch, coffee table, two kitchen tables, one on the first floor and another on the 2nd floor.
There's A.C. in every room and in the living room which is great for summer time!!!
There's a very big washing machine and a DRYER (uncommon in Tw)
The rooftop balcony garden is only accessible to the tenants of this apt and gets taken care of by one of the tenants.
On the 2nd floor there's a big kitchen, big fridge, gas stove (direct to the apt, no need for gas tanks), there are many appliances such as a toaster, blender, kettle, MICROWAVE, Huge oven, toaster, coffee machine as well as pots, pans, dishes and stuff.
On the floor above is an American English teacher, he's a long term tenant, he's friendly and joins all our events and parties.
In the other 2 rooms are a South African English teacher. ( He has his own bathroom ) And a girl from Czech in Taiwan to study Chinese ( moving out Aug 9th )
There's a fruit and vegetable market open every day about a 6 min walk from the apt. There are many vegetarian restaurants around and there's also a vegan restaurant nearby.
The apt is a short walk to Jing'an MRT subway station. It's near a 24 hour WELCOME grocery store, many restaurants as well as convenience stores. There are several YouBike stations around the apt.
COSTCO is 10 min away.
The apt is right next to Family Mart convenience store and 7/11 is across the street. There's also a post office, banks and a big park, an English speaking dentist certified in California as well as Taiwan.
If you like hiking, the apt is just a short walk away to many mountain trails. You can see the top of the mountains from the rooftop balcony.
The guy in the upstairs master bedroom takes care of all the plants on the rooftop garden. On the rooftop balcony - accessible to tenants and friends, There are 2 sofas, an arm chair, a coffee table, wall fan, Christmas lights and lots of ambiance. There's also space to air dry your clothes if you prefer not to use the dryer.
If you want to reserve the room, it's possible to send the deposit in advance. I have references in almost every language. ( from previous and current tenants )
I can help you get settled for life in Taiwan, get you an English teaching job for native English speakers and even non native English speakers, Spanish French or German teaching, modeling work, motorcycle license or whatever else.
*Every 3 months we have a big party with people from over a dozen countries. The next party will be MAY 24th at a nearby restaurant / bar.. We also have smaller get togethers at local bars and restaurants. Everyone is welcome.
We also host many activities throughout the year such as hiking ( in the winter ) , Ocean fishing, shrimp fishing ( anytime ), hot springs (in the winter ) , beach parties ( July - October ), paintballing ( spring and fall ) and more. ( ask for more info if interested ) The next outing will be OCEAN BEACH CLEAN UP IN FULONG

公寓設備齊全-巨大廚房和私人屋頂陽台花園。
客廳很大。兩層都有高速無線上網-一張巨大的沙發，咖啡桌，兩張廚房桌，一張位於一樓，另一張位於 2 樓。
每個房間和客廳都有空調，非常適合夏季！
有一台非常大的洗衣機和一台烘乾機（在 Tw 中不常見）
屋頂陽台花園僅供這間公寓的租戶使用，並由其中一位租戶照顧。
2 樓有一個大廚房，大冰箱，燃氣灶（直接到公寓，不需要加油箱），有許多家電，例如烤麵包機，攪拌機，水壺，微波爐，巨型烤箱，烤麵包機，咖啡機以及鍋，平底鍋，盤子等。
在上面的樓層是一位美國英語老師，他是一名長期租戶，他很友好，並參加我們所有的活動和派對。
其他 2 間房間裡有一位南非英語老師（他有自己的浴室）和一個捷克語的女孩來台學習中文（8 月 9 日搬出）
從公寓步行約 6 分鐘左右，每天都有一個水果和蔬菜市場開放。周圍有許多素食餐廳，附近還有一家純素餐廳。
這間公寓距離捷運靜安捷運站僅幾步之遙。酒店靠近 24 小時的 WELCOME 雜貨店、許多餐廳以及便利商店。公寓周圍有幾個 YouBike 站。
