There's high speed wireless internet -a huge couch, coffee table, a kitchen table.
There's A.C. in every room.
There's a washing machine and space to dry your clothes.
In the kitchen there's a big fridge, gas stove (direct to the apt, no need for gas tanks), there's a water purification system ( no need to buy bottled water ) there are many appliances such as a toaster, kettle, oven, coffee machine as well as pots, pans, dishes and lots of storage space.
If you are a vegetarian, you are in luck as there's a fruit and vegetable market open every day about a 6 min walk from the apt. There are many vegetarian restaurants around and there's also a vegan restaurant nearby.
The apt is a 4 minutes walk to Jing'an MRT subway station.
It's near a 24 hour Carrefour grocery store, many restaurants as well as convenience stores. There are several YouBike stations around the apt.
COSTCO is 10 min away.
The apt is across the street from Family Mart convenience store and 7/11. There's a running track and several gyms nearby.
If you like hiking, the apt is just a short walk away to many mountain trails. You can see the top of the mountains from the rooftop balcony.
