Hi there! I’m Clement, founder of Clement Share House in Taipei. Having lived abroad in the Philippines and Australia, I created this co-living community to give international travelers a hassle-free, foreigner-friendly rental experience.

We are an international and LGBTQ+ friendly share house with local and overseas tenants. Note: Chinese is the primary language for some housemates, so please consider potential language barriers.

Since I host alongside a full-time career, we only work with tenants based on mutual trust. Please review these rules before reaching out:
* Messaging Hours: WhatsApp/LINE replies are sent strictly between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM (Mon–Fri).
* Virtual Viewings: Overseas applicants requesting video tours must be ready to pay a deposit immediately after to secure the room.
* Move-in Window: Inquiries accepted only for move-ins within 1 month.
* Lease Term: Minimum 3 months (no short-term stays).
* Co-Living Mindset: This is a shared house, not a hotel—no concierge or room service provided.
