Having studied in the Philippines and experienced a working holiday in Australia, I deeply understand the anxiety and challenges international travelers face when looking for a place to live in a new country. Alongside hosting, I maintain a full-time career. Over years of successful operation, we have built a solid reputation. Honestly, our premium rooms with top-notch amenities are always in high demand. We choose to work only with tenants who share mutual trust. To respect everyone's time, please ensure you meet and agree to the following guidelines before reaching out:

1.Respect Personal Boundaries: Messages on WhatsApp or LINE will strictly be replied to between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday).

2.Virtual Viewing Policy: If you are outside Taiwan and request a video tour, please ensure you are fully prepared to place a deposit online immediately after the viewing to secure the room.

3.Move-in Timeline: We only accept inquiries from prospective tenants who plan to move in within one month.

4.Minimum Lease Term: The minimum stay requirement is 3 months. Shorter terms will not be considered.

5.Co-living Mindset: Please fully understand that this is a "Share House" (Co-living space), NOT a hotel. We work together to maintain a great community, but hotel-like room service or 24/7 concierge assistance is not provided.

This international shared house is looking for new roommates, only 2 mins walking to MRT.

You will have Dutch, Geneva ,British and Taiwanese roommates. Our roommates are very friendly and you don't have to worry about the language barrier.

Roommates will hold house parties from time to time. We are not opposed to bringing friends back, but we only need roommates who respect each other.

The building has an elevator and a 24 hour-building attendant,
The room is a single room with private balcony, shared living room and the kitchen room is very suitable for those who likes cooking .
