Hi there! I’m Clement, the founder of Clement Share House in Taipei.
Having studied in the Philippines and experienced a working holiday in Australia, I deeply understand the anxiety and challenges international travelers face when looking for a place to live in a new country. Recognizing that the local rental market isn't always foreigner-friendly is exactly what inspired me to start this co-living community.

Alongside hosting, I maintain a full-time career. Over years of successful operation, we have built a solid reputation. Honestly, our premium rooms with top-notch amenities are always in high demand. We choose to work only with tenants who share mutual trust. To respect everyone's time, please ensure you meet and agree to the following guidelines before reaching out:

1.Respect Personal Boundaries: Messages on WhatsApp or LINE will strictly be replied to between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday).

2.Virtual Viewing Policy: If you are outside Taiwan and request a video tour, please ensure you are fully prepared to place a deposit online immediately after the viewing to secure the room.

3.Move-in Timeline: We only accept inquiries from prospective tenants who plan to move in within one month.

4.Minimum Lease Term: The minimum stay requirement is 3 months. Shorter terms will not be considered.

5.Co-living Mindset: Please fully understand that this is a "Share House" (Co-living space), NOT a hotel. We work together to maintain a great community, but hotel-like room service or 24/7 concierge assistance is not provided.

The landlord cares a lot about water quality, so we installed a double-layer filtration system the water is so clean you could even take a sip while showering 😂.

Perfect location! Situated between Songshan MRT Station (Green Line) and Houshanpi MRT Station (Blue Line). Just a 3-minute walk to Songshan Railway Station, and close to the famous Raohe Night Market and Wufenpu Shopping District.

This is an international and LGBTQ+ friendly share house. Your housemates may be Taiwanese or from different countries, but not everyone speaks a language other than Chinese . so if you mind possible language barriers, please consider before booking.
