Beautiful flat with two bedrooms, kitchen, living space and bathroom. The apartment is approximately 50 square meters and is located on a hill on the outskirts of Xindian. The air quality is better there than in the city center, and the surrounding area offers excellent hiking opportunities. Despite its tranquil setting, the city center is easily accessible, with buses running every 10-15 minutes. Free parking is also available nearby. The apartment has no natural light because it's located somewhat below ground level. Nevertheless, it is not really a basement apartment, as the apartment is located on a slope.
The water is heated by a gas water heater. The stove also runs on gas. There is a brand new washing machine and plenty of space to dry laundry. The apartment is rented furnished.
I speak English and Mandarin, but since I'm from Germany, I can neither read nor write Chinese. However, I have relatives in Taiwan who can help me with administrative matters, so these things shouldn't be a problem.
