-Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors and keep noise levels low between 10 PM and 8 AM.
-No Partying: No parties or events.
-This is a shoes off home
-The community gym is available for use during your stay

🏡Terms
-One month deposit to cover potential damages, repairs, replacements and painting. (example: putting sticker marks/holes on the wall that cause wall to be repainted.)
-Monthly rent includes service fee, electricity fee, water fee, monthly cleaning, and a twice a month linens change.
